Critical: QualityWent in for a regular pedi and dip nails. Place only had 3 techs and my tech was also manning the phone and incoming customers. This involved too many interruptions and was frustrating on my part. She rushed through the job and after a week my nails are chipped and tacky. I will not be returning.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I wish I could give them negative stars. It has been awhile since I visited HB. I use to come on a regular basis but clearly things have changed. I went on Thursday and by Sunday nails are gone. I went back hoping to rectify the issue but now my nails look like pink vomit. They charged me FULL price. No discount or anything for the horrible job they did.

I’m new to the area from Mansfield normally would pay 90 with tip for a petty this was a bit cheap so I was like yea what a deal .. I choose my color and wanted a gel top coat…( I normally wouldn’t have to ask they would always ask me) so at the end she told me nope I couldn’t have a gel top coat and the lady didn’t scrub the bottom of my feet .. I am so disappointed… Never going back I will drive all the way to Mansfield to get me a pedicure

EVERYTHING is very over priced and my at-home manicures last longer than this one did. I was rushed when I was picking out my nail polish colors. I got a gel manicure on Saturday and by Wednesday the nail polish was falling off in whole pieces (3 nails had zero polish on them.) By the following Saturday I only had one nail left with polish on it. So ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

Wish I would’ve seen the reviews or just the stars before walking in. I was shopping so it was conveniently there. I paid for the lavender pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Oh and she dropped the cuticle clippers on the floor and proceeded to use them. I had to ask to go back and continue trimming the cuticles she was ready to move on to the paraffin wax. It was so rushed. I’ve had better pedicures anywhere else requesting the cheapest option. The top coat was awfully rushed on so you can distinctly tell where that lays on top of the polish

I did my nails last week and this lady she did not paid attention to her work and she over cleaned my nails because of which i had a bad cut in my nails. It was bleeding very bad. She saw the cut at very first place still she was more focused on something else. There is a swollen on my thumb. She did rubbed the blood when saw it was running but she never apologized. And also they are super expensive. The final result is dissatisfaction. For each color that was applied she charged $5 extra. The edges are also not cleaned properly.

Seriously the worst nail place I’ve ever been to. I was near the area and decided to get my nails done here. Their was alot of miscommunication between the lady that did my nails, she was having trouble understanding. I had asked for white powdered acrylic nails, no dip, no polish, just regular powder. She prepped my nails for dip, I had told her for the 2nd time that i just want powder nails. She then proceeded to do clear acrylic, stopped her AGAIN. This time she finally got it right but what confused me is that after adding tips she didn’t buff the nails which was very odd. The powder application was the sloppiest work ever, a 5 year old could’ve done it better. I had asked if she was going to fix and she said yes she still needs to buff. No buffing could’ve saved those nails. I tried to trust the process but it was sooo messy. After completing the application, she then shaped and buffed. I kept looking at my hands and the side application was lifting from not buffing the tips prior to acrylic application. She then asked me if I liked them and I straight told her NO. I had told her everything that was wrong and she didn’t see a problem. She then said something in her language and the receptionist came and spoke to me. Told her what was wrong and then they had me sit somewhere else for another lady to finish. I believe her name was Lenny, she did an amazing job after the sloppy work from the first girl. She was very attentive and did her best for me to walk out with some decent nails. Overall this place sucks, please do not come here.
