I wish the employees wore name tags. There are some with exceptional customer service skills, and then there are some that really are only there for an easy job that pays ok. Over all the beds are nice. The commercial for $9.95 a month doesn’t disclose the VIP small print requirements. A lot of the older beds have one small black fan in them. When asked why I don’t want one of those beds, I advised they are filthy and I don’t want dirt or dust blowing all over me after applying lotion. Seriously?

I bought a BOGO tanning package in December 12 2018. Buy 6/6 free. I was told by worker that they were good for 6 months As I was going on vacation twice within 6 months. I had 2 tans left in package and they told me today that they are only good for 3 months. The worker spoke to the manager at another store and they would not allow the use of the 2 tans left unless I bought another package. So that being said you have lost a customer for good. Really bad business practice
