Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is by far my favorite tanning salon I have ever used. I travel all around the U.S. and make it a point to tan when on trips. Hawaiian Beach Tan has the cleanest beds I have ever come across. The staff is always very knowledgeable on tanning, lotions, packages, and overall health. I am always complimented on my glowing skin after leaving the salon. I have always burned when I tan in the sun so having tan skin was a dream that only HBT could make happen for me. I recommend this place to anyone I can tell because of how amazing this place is! This is by far my favorite tanning salon I have ever used. I travel all around the U.S. and make it a point to tan when on trips. Hawaiian Beach Tan has the cleanest beds I have ever come across. The staff is always very knowledgeable on tanning, lotions, packages, and overall health. I am always complimented on my glowing skin after leaving the salon. Critical: QualityI tanned at this salon for more then 6 months, I noticed small discoloration in my skin, little white spots all over my back and other places on my body. Once I noticed they had spread throughout my body I asked the manager if she knew what they were and she had no clue. I went to my doctor and she told me I had contracted a fungus that and the tanning beds were a breading grown for this particular fungus, which meant beds were not being properly cleaned. I never had this discoloration until tanning there. Out of respect for the salon I reached out and wanted to let them know. The owner then called me and was very disrespectful. SHE TOLD ME MY DOCTOR WAS WRONG!!! Her own words. If it were me reading reviews I would want to know!!!!! Also, this business has ran out air several times. I tanned at this salon for more then 6 months, I noticed small discoloration in my skin, little white spots all over my back and other places on my body. Once I noticed they had spread throughout my body I asked the manager if she knew what they were and she had no clue. I really enjoyed my experience here, they had great deals and affordable lotions! I am Italian so I get color quickly and already I’m darker than I was this morning!! After being quarantined for about six weeks this was the first place I was able to go do something nice for myself since the state opened up. I really enjoyed my experience here, they had great deals and affordable lotions! I am Italian so I get color quickly and already I’m darker than I was this morning!! Yay they could use a mirror in the rooms and a small trash can but that’s it.

They worked with me over the phone, they answered all of my questions, and as annoying as I’m sure I was, Jordan responded to all of my many, many questions, and was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail.
