She gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! My bed was clean and she was clean. I saw no indication of anything else going on there. I could not go to my usual therapist because I had an unexpected day off and she had no openings. I walked right in to Hawaii spa and Coco took very good care of me. She gave me one of the best massages I have ever had! My bed was clean and she was clean. I saw no indication of anything else going on there. I will be back when my regular girl cannot help me.

Critical: Communication, QualityWhile I was getting my massage the dude who was giving the massage kept getting on his phone and not really massaging, then about a half hour into the massage he leaves to go talk to the other dude working there. They both come back and try to explain to me the dude giving the massage had to go and that I had only payed for a half hour when I had a recipient for a hour long massage. After I showed it he had said give the 30$ as a tip for the massage, I feel as if they tried to scam me and they were very reluctant to give me any money back. They gave it back and I got dressed and while I was leaving they kept telling me I need to tip.
