My experience at Hawaii Natural Therapy was one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. The only thing that I would improve is the availability of parking spots around the building, but that’s just what happens in a big city! The massage therapists were fantastic and helped me feel much more relaxed. Unfortunately, I had some wounds on my arm after an encounter with a barnacle haha, but the massage therapist was very careful and gentle around my arm. The front desk provided fruit, cookies, and tea, which was very nice! Everyone was very welcoming here.

My partner and I had the most amazing couples massage experience a few days ago! We made the appointments a few days earlier, which is highly recommended, as covid precautions are slowly being relaxed on the islands. Willimina and Paul were masseuse magicians and had us completely relaxed after our 90-minute combination massages in the Maui room! The person sitting up front to welcome us in was very kind and smiley as well! All in all, would highly recommend a trip here for relaxation on another level!

I just tried to book an appointment with them based on modalities and other ailments that I have. I sent over some information about my range of motion and other injuries I’ve had just so the massage therapist was aware. He told the front desk to call me because he didn’t want to “mess anything up”. In fact, they didn’t even try to refer me to another massage therapist. I have never been turned away by an MT. They would always recommend something for me based on my injuries or they would refer me to another MT at their practice. I just found that the situation was unprofessional. Troy, the front desk clerk, was polite and kind. Very understanding. But Paul Wescott, seemed very unconfident and unwilling to help. I really really wanted to get this and I was wanting a monthly membership and wanted to book a birthday party as well. But after this experience, I will not be doing anything of the sort. I hope everyone else experience will be or was better than mine.
