It was my first time going there recommended by other people, the person who did my pedicure stabbed me while trying to pull my nail out didn’t end up pulling it out , I also realized they don’t sterilize their tools and use and reuse the same scrubber over and over again. ( I realized all of this till they went to help the next customer.) next day I got a horrible infection on my toe nail. I had to go to the doctor for antibiotics && get my nail cut and get the rest of the nail out ! The other people I went with got ring worms ! This is a very disgusting and unsanitary place definitely do not recommend. (Sorry for the explicit picture but I just don’t want anyone to go through this pain )

I was exactly on time for my first appointment there. The fact that I walked in was acknowledged, but I sat there for the next 25 minutes without anyone saying they would be with me soon or how long it would be. They either double booked my appointment, or took a walk in that extended into my appointment. My time is important, I had the things I needed to get done. so I just left.

My mom and I would come together and they took such wonderful care of my mom because she couldn’t walk very well and was on oxygen. We have built up such a wonderful relationship with them so when my mom passed away Erika who always did her nails came to her funeral to pay her respects. Critical: QualityI went in for a pedicure and paid for the deluxe. This guy cut my toe nails so short 2 of them are bleeding. They are barely even there. I will never close my eyes and relax for a pedicure again. The polish doesn’t even cover the entire nail. Every one of my toes hurt. I know I will end up with in grown toe nails. He did not massage my legs but used his finger nails instead to scratch my legs I guess. This has been the absolute worst experience ever.
