FOA, this is a cash only salon and she did NOT mention that upfront. I pulled out my card at the end and asked if I could also tip with my card, and she pointed to a paper print-out sign with an attitude like businesses not accepting cards is a common practice in 2022. It’s not. It’s super strange. There is no ATM either. You have to go a few blocks down to a bank to pull out cash.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot charged $50 for a full set of nails. Gave a $5 tip. All the Nails but 2 popped off after 8 days. Called and told them about it and was told to come back and they would fix it. Arrived for them to argue with me saying they would have to charge another $30 for them to be fixed! The worst experience ever! First Lee the woman who told me she has 29yrs experience doing nails told me not to go with the two options id picked as tips for a full set acrylic because they were junk, okay well why does she sell them then if that’s the case. She persistently kept telling me that I needed to go with the million-dollar powder acrylicwhich I told her I couldn’t afford that day because it was over $60 to do and so I wanted to go with something cheaper that first time with her. So I chose the nail tips that she told me to pick that she said we’re good, and after the $6 tip that I gave her it’s still costed $67 to do. I was not pleased with the nail or the design but I figured it was okay for my first time and I would give her chance. Yesterday is when I got these nails done today while changing my clothes one nail broke all the way down to where my finger nail was bleeding. Then ten minutes later my thumb nail broke also. The gems that she had put on also came off this all happened in less than 24hrs of having them done first off because she did them very thin knowing there was not enough acrylic for them to be sturdy enough for anyone really. so when I called her to ask her if she would fix them she said it was my fault because I was too hard on them which I was not I have had 20 years probably of having my nails done and I’ve never had an issue like this before. she took advantage of me I felt because I told her I was new to town she said that she was the only one in town that knows how to do nails and it’s all about who you know in the town and she knows everyone in the town. Well I can assure her I know many good people in this town and her service was awful when I went in to get them fixed she told me she’d fix the two nails for free which was the least she could do. Then when I asked he to put a clear coat of gel polish on she did without telling me she intended to charge me ten dollars to put the clear coat on. So in all I paid nearly $80 for a set of nail I didn’t want in the first place she chose and she was very ride and bad mouthed other nails salons in town. Also told me anywhere else would have charged me ten dollars each per nail that broke even if it broke on the way to the car. WHICH IS NOT TRUE THAT’S BAD BUSINESS, SHES IS A CHEAP SCAM WITH ZERO CLASS OR RESPECT FOR THE SALON BUSINESS’S IN TOWN LEE out of all the salons I have ever been to you were the worst. NEVER AGAIN AND ILL BE SURE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS CONSIDERING YOU TRIED TO INTIMIDATE ME WITH HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU KNEW IN THIS TOWN COMPARED TO HOW MANY I KNEW. GUESS YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED MY NE BECAUSE I KNOW MANY PEOPLE ALSO WHO RESPECT MY OPINIONS AND REFERENCES AND YOU WILL NOT GET A GOOD REFERENCE FROM ME.
