I can’t express how disappointed I am with this place. I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and the quality of service and quality of nails have declined INCREDIBLY! They do not care about what they are giving you and you are an inconvenience if you complain about anything. Insanely overpriced for horrible nails that don’t last. Also using ILLEGAL MMA acrylic! My mother stopped going over a year ago and I should’ve followed. DO NOT GO THERE!

I like getting my mani and pedi there but if you can get past the racist, sarcastic, loud and DEMANDS tips even if you make a complaint from Ken at the front desk. You should be okay. If you don’t want to deal with him, go on Tuesdays. Their prices are high and it depends on what type of design or art work you want on your nails. Ken the guy at the front desk needs to calm down and be nicer and more professional to his old and new clients or someone is really going to hurt his feelings and curse him out!

Everything is only by appt.ONLY!!!! Even if ur nail broke a day or two later. The guy that works the desk is over bearing, there is no set price, and always argues with the customers. Went 2x and I’m done.
