Last Monday, I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was amazing and if that were the only service, my review would be 5 stars. The polish is still beautiful and exactly what I wanted. However, my manicure isn’t really what I asked for and it wasn’t done very well. Like I said it’s only been 7 full days since I got it done and I’ll post a picture of what it looks like now… the polish is lifting on the edges and chipping away, the polish is so far away from my cuticles and they have not grown that much in a week, the colors aren’t what I asked for, and there are fragments of something stuck in the dried polish. They’re very nice people and did offer to fix it but I don’t have time. They treat their customers very well and their prices are pretty fair for what you would expect, but this manicure is very much not what I expected.

Moved to area first time customer, Hawaii Spa pedicure and acrylic filling regular nail polish happy with the results until next day checked my receipt noticed an extra charge for design that l didn’t get…. called said the charge was for taking gel polish off! Isn’t polish removal build into price???? I guess they assumed l was visiting Florida took advantage slipping in extra $5.00

I absolutely loved this place! There is a wait when you arrive but I didn’t mind, especially considering how apologetic my nail tech was about it. The pedicure was amazing. I’ve had a history with ingrown toe nails and the nail tech removed them painlessly (something that’s never happened at any another salon). Gel manicure was great as well and they even gave me a christmas gift (lavender massage lotion). Super great service and place, highly recommend!
