If you are someone who schedules an appointment and expects to be seen at your scheduled time….this place is NOT for you. The first time I went was with two friends. I scheduled all three of our appointments, and only two of us were seen on time. There was another woman waiting for her appointment with me and she ended up leaving. Their business model is overbook phone appointments and accept walk ins. However, I decided to get this place a second chance. I scheduled an appointment for 10am on Sunday (when they first open). Their sign said Open, but their doors were locked. I waited 15 minutes and tried calling. No one answered, but an employee came out of the salon and told me to wait outside. I told her that I had an appointment at 10 and had already waited 15 minutes. I left and ending up scheduling an appointment at a different salon. I will NEVER go here again.

They do a good job on your nails but don’t seem to care about customer service. The woman who did my nails as I said did a great job but didn’t say a word during the process, even when I said something no response. I just got a thank you at the end.

This is my go to nail spot in Novato. I always go there for my gel manicure and pedicure. They have a nice, large space on Grant Ave. Downtown. They are nice and friendly, so a good job and charge a reasonable rate. Always my favorite nail spot in Novato
