I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I went in for crochet. Something easy right? I tell the lady braiding my hair I have pre-looped OMBRE crochet hair so that it’s easy..So u would think!! Not!! I sat in the middle away from the mirror ok. Didn’t think I would have to worry about Crochet braids!!! She finished my hair in record time!!!!(suspicious) I go to the mirror and wonder why my 12inch hair looks like 4 inch hair??!! What did she do? She folded the hair in 1/2 instead of using the loop!!!!! I WAS THROUGH!! I said, ” OH NOOOOO..U GOTTA FIX THIS!! OF COURSE SHE BLAMED IT ON ME NOT TELLING HER!!! OOOH WEEE I HAD TO STAY COMPOSED!!!!!!!!!! I TOLD HER 3X WHEN I 1ST WALKED IN!! Anyway she takes it out and does it again the Right Way!!!!! I was left with frizzy pieces!!!! SMH!! When I get home of course I’m in my mirror. I then get disgusted when I see my edges!! They were all out!! Her cornrows started at least an inch from my hairline!! Looked like these cornrows had already been in my hair for 2 weeks!!!! Unreal!!! So I say this, READ REVIEWS!!!! IF THERE ARE TOO MANY BAD ONES GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!! OH, HERE’S THE KICKER. AFTER ALL THAT THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE!! $125!!!!!! UNREAL!!!

The ladies did a great job on my hair. Unfortunately the customer service was lacking and the area that the shop located in felt a little sketchy. I arrived to get my hair done at 11:30 a.m. and did not leave until 8:30 p.m. I would love to get my hair done from here again just no time soon. I do like the fact that they do have the hair already at the shop so there’s no need to bring any braiding hair with you.

Do not make an appointment… you will wait and they will not acknowledge your appointment. Literally waited 2hr for 6 braids while they started a whole head. This was my 2nd attempt because my first time getting my hair braided I waited hours without an appointment. The whole process including the finished product is not worth it
