Haven Wellness + Spa is one of my favorite places to go. It is such a bright spot in my week and the staff is truly some of the kindest you will ever meet. Vonnie is amazing and is super helpful, friendly, and makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you enter. The owner, Katie, is wonderful and always willing to help however she can. I’ve been coming to Haven consistently for well over a year now and I love and appreciate all that I can utilize while I am there. The regular use of the infrared sauna has helped my depression and the symptoms especially during the cold and dark winter months. The massages help me relax, recharge, and rejuvenate myself so I can continue operating at my highest level. Donna the acupuncturist has helped me with stress levels and my insomnia to keep me from going crazy when I’m sleepless. Overall this place is a gem and you can also buy gems and crystals while you’re there! I constantly recommend this business because of how wonderful it is and how much it has helped me.

Haven is such a cute, clean, and relaxing space. I had never gotten a massage before until a few weeks ago with Katherine and I can’t wait to go back. She was so patient and kind and was totally validating of all my nervousness. She made me feel completely comfortable and I definitely regretted booking the 30 minute session instead of the full hour. I have already scheduled my next appointment and plan on asking for Haven gift cards for all of my birthday/anniversary/Mother’s Day gifts in the future!

I just had a super relaxing and wonderful massage by Summer! It was so soothing I fell asleep. I woke up relaxed and happy! It was just what I needed. The vibe was so comforting and peaceful and I liked the simple and clean color scheme of the room. The atmosphere is very serene and welcoming. I love the little shopping area in the front. I look forward to next time!

I have always been a massage fan, but if they aren’t what you need, it can be disappointing. Katie was amazing. The atmosphere is perfect from the temperature to the music to the smells. She used the right amount of pressure; enough to make an impact, not so much that I was in pain. It really was one of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!

I have been to other infrared sauna places, but this is hands down, the best. From the moment you walk in, there is a calming atmosphere. I did it for the first time and felt extra relaxed for 3+ days. I will definitely be back regularly. 10/10
