Critical: CommunicationI’ve used Haven Medical Spa for years. Their customer service has declined. Nobody answers the phone, ever. Nor is there a call back with messages left. If you stop in, nobody is around. There used to be 2 employees staffed, but now I believe it’s only 1, very disappointing.

I absolutely LOVE this spa! The Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to satisfy! The Spa is also very clean with great decor. I will get all of my Spa services from Haven Medical Spa from now on!

This place is terrible. I made a mistake and bought a groupon to try the laser hair removal. They never answered the phone, were late to start the appointment, and the place was semi dirty. One of the times I waited 1 hour at my appointment time because they overbooked. The machine broke for about 3 months, so I just never went back to redeem my last three treatments. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

They never answer the phone regardless of hours posted, dirty facility, and even when you go to the office to finally speak to someone No one is there! Unbelievable that they are still in business!!!!
