Booked facials for a girls day with my best friends – Ian was so accommodating over the phone and in-person! The spa itself is gorgeous – love the fact that it’s located in a historic property, and was all decked out for the holidays. Because of scheduling, we had back-to-back treatments, and were able to hang out in the plush waiting lounge in-between. Best facial I’ve ever had – days later and my skin is still glowing without makeup! While I don’t normally chat for my entire treatment, Lydia was so personable and interesting, I couldn’t help myself! Needless to say, we were all so happy with our experience, we already booked our next visit and can’t wait to return!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I went to Haven Spa for the first time, after receiving a gift certificate, and Alyson gave me the greatest massage of my life. This is not hyperbole. I’ve been to other spas in the area, all very pleasant, some even with adorable farm animals and mimosa samplers, but the actual massage always fell short of my expectations. It just felt like someone had applied lotion all over my body. Alyson profoundly changed my understanding of what a massage can do for my body and my mind. I walked away reinvigorated and focused. If you decide to book an appointment, you will not be disappointed.

This is the most lovely hidden place in the town of Rhinebeck New York. From the minute you walk in the building there is nothing but a serene peace like environment. I’ve been doing my facials there for some time, and everyone has been absolutely amazing. They are thorough there, they are kind, they are open to listen to whatever you need. If you need a little deeper touch in the massage they will do that, if you need a lighter touch they will do that, if you feel like they’re rubbing your face too hard they will adjust to anything, that you need so your experience that day is absolutely amazing. Nicole is an EXCELLENT masseuse and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I have had massages before but this was, by far, the best overall experience I have ever had.
