Beautiful salon. The salon is very big with each stylist having a private room. The rooms are big and have glass walls so you can have privacy of you like. The store is always clean. Leah Cossey does my hair and a bunch of other peoples whom I have referred to her. I have never had a complaint.

After a consultation with Ashley I went in for the first (out of three) session for a color correction/new style, for this I let me hair grow for a month to avoid too much chemicals for this appointment, needless to say I showed up to my appointment with white roots. I have black hair and the idea was to blend in the gray hair and do some blonding/balayage. I understand this is something than can not be done in a session. But I left with white roots and awful brownish highlights. I told her right away I didn’t like it and it was not what I requested and what she had explained to me during the consultation for a first session. She just said it would get done by the 3rd session even though I still have white roots!!!!!! Right after I left I found a another hair salon to get a consultation, they told me what I expected and Ashley told me could be done it’s not even doable!!! She could have just been honest with what she can do and how much could actually be done with my hair. Certainly not coming back.

My old hair dresser left me hanging I was going to cut my hair and try to highlight if I can for my birthday instead of texting me telling me I can’t do it she did not text me back so now I don’t have anyone to cut my hair I have to find someone else now. Just be careful who cute your hair the owner saw what I wrote on here she,didn’t like it at all she messages me on fb and now it was my fault just be careful I never had this much problem getting my hair done

Critical: CleanlinessI saw Porsche to style me for a wedding I was attending over the weekend. As I entered this location is not as new as I was led to believe nor renovated. I’m big on cleaniless and my stylist studio was very unorganized for my liking. I requested an updo and I had a few different options. I think the stylist went with what was quickest and easiest for her. After finishing up my do there was a major disturbance that hindered me from optimizing my hair appt. The style was not what I thought it would be some adjustments needed to take place not knowing the adjustments would be an additional $30.00 which was not discussed with me at any point until I looked at my emailed receipt. So that was very disappointing to endure. The style was taken down in 2 days which I knew it wouldn’t last seeing as the stylist only use Bobby Pins as support for my do. Critical: Quality, ValueI saw Tiffany C for a color correction and color/cut visit. (If I can include pics, I will). What I left with was NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to the photo I showed her. I was in her chair over five hours. She charged me 320.00! First of all….!!!! If you are going to charge a client THAT MUCH, it should be stated upfront!! That same day, I messaged her explaining that I wasn’t happy with the results and would like to have it corrected. She worked me in the next day. However, she charged me ANOTHER $80!! The corrected color washed out in under a week. I chose Tiffany based on a family member recommendation. I have NEVER PAID SO MUCH for hair style color and cut!!! EVER!! I will say though she was very nice and her room was clean. The facility itself was very clean as well.
