I have been going to savannah for over a year now almost two never disappointed me. I have received blonding service, vivid color and highlights and never once had bad service! She always applies toner with my blonding services and conditioning treatment and my hair comes out shiny and healthy! her cuts are great she is by far the best hairdresser I have ever had! she is fairly priced and well knowledgeable in modern and older techniques she will not disappoint! ❤️

I love her!! She does amazing work. She has colored my hair multiple times and has done so many cuts and has always turned out perfect. I recently had a kid cut my hair while I was helping another kid with something. And I was so scared there was no way to fix it, but she did and I LOVE it. She always fits me in and works around my work schedule as well. I HIGHLY recommend her!! Y’all got to check her out, Especially if you’re wanting color!!!

I moved to Martinsville VA 3 years ago. Savannah was the first hairstylist I went to and the only one I will go to from now on. She’s so great with her customers and never disappoints. She has done highlights, balayage, cutting, waxing, bleaching, pretty much everything for me. She’s always so friendly and professional. She’s such a kind hearted soul I love going to see her. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a new hair stylist!

Looked for a salon near to me as I moved. Saw the great ratings and booked. She was very careful in showing colors and discussed them as did I with how my hair reacts to color. She asked if I could spare having an inch cut off. I agreed to one inch. She put a cape with a guide on it and started cutting. 3 more times she put it on. We colored. My hair was PINK on top. She handed me the mirror and asked me what I thought. I told her it was obviously pink. She kind of sighed and said “Yeah, we’ll have to smudge the roots to remove that”. I’ve been turned back to the mirror almost 99% of the time. Upon spinning around again. I see my hair is GONE. Like 4-5″ gone. Not what I signed up for! Now, with a fresh color job that has now been filled in…I have no hair. Take the color off and she asks if I want a bob style, straight or loose curls. I wanted to tell her I never showed up for a ____ bob but opted for curls. Now I am looking at 6 months to regrow my hair. Its completely “unfixable” on top (IN THE FRONT) and at 53 and dealing with thinning hair and covid breakage I will have to figure out who can fix this mess. I basically paid $200.00 to wear my hair in a clip for 6 months. On the flip side, she took great looking photos for her Instagram! Do NOT let her turn you away from the mirror and be aware an inch is 6 inches. So disappointed!

Worst hair experience EVER!!!! PAID 195.00 FOR A COLOR AND CUT, SHE MESSED UP SO BAD SHE TOLD ME TO COME IN FOR A 2ND SESSION, WENT BACK 2 DAYS LATER, HOPING TO GET BETTER RESULTS… ONLY TO HAVE HER TURN MY HAIR GREEN! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have struggled with dandruff for about 4 years now, almost 5. Ever since I got pregnant with my son i found it impossible. I tried everything from medicated shampoos to diy home remedies and I just could never get it under control. I’d wash my hair one day and by the next the flakes were still there. I looked for a salon that offered a scalp scrub/ treatment and found Haven. Savannah was so sweet and professional. She gave me tips for at home ideas that I didn’t think about. The real winner though was that scalp treatment. I loved how natural it was and how amazing it felt. I could’ve fallen asleep because of how relaxing it was. The results were amazing I had to look in the mirror must because I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a flake to be seen. I got it done yesterday and today I still am flake free and it’s amazing! I absolutely recommend this service for anyone. Not to mention my hair smells amazing. After that she cut and styled my hair and had me feeling like a new person.
