Due to the pandemic, I was no longer able to continue with my stylist of many years. I was SO nervous to start with someone new, but even more so because I was in the middle of a post chemo grow out. I quickly learned I was in VERY good hands! The staff are friendly, professional, and talented. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueREAD REVIEW BEFORE SPENDING $150-$175 ON HAIR!For some reason it is only letting me use my spouses name but First off I have never complained about a hair salon nor stylist and I have had my hair burnt off before, but though this salon may look high-end and nice, the workers are not so great with customers. I went in the day before leaving on our first family vacation and told them I wanted it cut to touch the top of my shoulder or floating right above and I wanted a balayage done with cooler tones, already having some previous color in my hair from March. She cut my hair almost right to the bottom of my ear (way too short) and my hair now feels like elastic and after washing my hair it now looks like a pom pom from the damage. I did compliment her when she was done because at the time I did not see the fried pieces since she flattened it out and I figured the length would grow on me. But when I seen it was also fried and I did not like the length still I figured Id call and see if they could do something for me since I payed $175 on this hair and I still wasnt liking it. The boss first ridiculed me for complimenting the stylist after doing my hair and said if I did not like it (like I said before, I wanted to give it a chance to grow on me and then I seen it was also fried) I shouldve said something then. And I did tell the artist it felt almost too short but she insisted it looked good. I wasnt looking for a refund exactly but just see if they could do something, anything but they have a 7 day come in after policy and I dont get back til the 11th and they never went over prices with me the entire time but instead told me at the end. She asked once if I liked the colors to blend or more of a line and I of course said I liked the color to blend and I guess that was another $25 dollar charge and I had no idea. So now I hate my hair, $175.00 short, AND the MANAGER/OWNER could not care less.Thank you Haven salon, you wont be getting anymore of my money and I hope other ladies consider going somewhere else until they can get better.
