I have been going here since last year and they are definitely worth checking out. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. J usually does my nails but she was on vacay. I can’t remember the nail tech’s name who did my nails this time. Shout out to her she did an amazing job!!!! I love my nails. I have SNS and the shape I absolutely can’t get over how perfect it is. Only thing is on the weekends there is definitely a wait (15-30mins) unless you have a scheduled appointment.

My wife and I, along with our 5 year old granddaughter, went to Haven on their opening day. We all wanted a manicure and pedicure and we wanted to try somewhere new. We are so glad we did! We have frequented other nail salons in Mt Pleasant but have never found one that personalized the service as well as Haven. The owner, or maybe co-owner, known simply as ‘Y’ (pronounced “E”) could not have been more accommodating to us. The quality of their work is excellent and their space is really nice and clean. But it was the warmth of Y and the other staff that set Haven apart. To make the experience even that much better was the presence of 2 girls; Dylan, who is 4, and Haven, who is 8. Those 2 are super smart and already understand good customer relations! They were so conversant with my wife and I and so sweet to our granddaughter, that it was heart warming to see. Now Dylan says that Mia is her ‘best friend’ and Mia feels the same about Dylan. I realize that the whole ‘kids’ thing is not what a review of Haven should be about but it just made the whole trip that much better! We went back yesterday to get manicures and to just see the girls again! Attached is a picture of Dylan with Mia!

Absolutely horrible! I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. This was my first and last time here! My nails are a mess- too short and what looks like 5 coats of polish. The tech did a terrible job on my pedicure as well very sloppy and now I have to go someplace else for a polish change. I would not recommend this nail salon.
