NEVER! DISAPPOINTED! Sarah always gets the job done! From day one I have always went to her, and it seems like she only gets better and better every time I see her. Tried this place for the first time. Got a gel mani and pedi which is a $100 service. It’s already chipping after a week. The paint job was not great and the filing was done horribly. The employees barely speak and they are rude to the owner. My tech walked away when I was done and I was left waiting to pay at the counter. Luckily I was truthful when someone else came to check me out because they couldn’t find her. Cute place but I probably won’t be back.

I love coming to the nail haven. The vibe is awesome, the music is always great! Not to mention it’s a modern beautiful salon in the Ohio city area. Sarah is my favorite! She is an amazing, talented, and a personable nail artist! Her work is amazing and her personality makes it all the better! Not to mention if you’re looking for a great pedicure you better get the Bang bang pedicure! I won’t pinpoint anyone bc the whole staff is amazing! Highly recommend this salon! <3

I can honestly say I’m glad I finally tried the Haven Nail Studio. Bang did a bang up job with my nails and pedicure. I messed up my nails made an appointment to have them fix, I made a mistake on the time but no problem, owner fixed me right up. I also like the music and everyone was so friendly. Usually I go to this place to get my nails done by the nail tech Sarah but she called off because she was sick so I need to get my nails done for my sister’s party and I was also going out of town and my nails were done by this man and this lady name Sophia. When I mean, they jacked my nails up so bad, they didn’t really go by the picture they didn’t have the equipment to go by the picture the nails are uneven. They filed them way too thin and my nail literally fell off within the next day, which isn’t supposed to happen. When I spoke up about how the nail doesn’t look like what it did in the picture, the woman proceeded to ask me why didn’t you say anything? Why didn’t you say anything about using a different acrylic? I’m sorry but I don’t do nails and how was I supposed to know I showed you the picture of what I wanted so I assumed you would know what to do right because this is your job, right . I ended up paying $90 but it was honestly just a waste of money. I don’t know if I’ll be going back ever, especially if Sarah is not working.
