Excellent service. Amazing stylists. Convenient location. They offer a great Men’s cut and color service. They listen to what you want but also offer advice on how to best cut,style, color, or grow your hair. I’ve been for shorter cuts as well as for scissor cuts and trims. All around great. Very welcome and personable staff. Courteous clean and safe too!

I was told Kirsten did deva curl cuts. So I was excited to be able to finally enjoy a cut meant for my hair type. Upon arriving my first visit she raved about how she had cut many women, with hair like mine. Upon going in my hair was long and beautiful and I was able to put in a bun and have my hair flow so beautiful. She told me what I was going to expect and began to cut my hair. After cutting my hair she washed it with what ever deva curl shampoo and conditioner she had at the sink. And when I was done put a product in my hair, and sent me off with sopping wet hair and was told it would dry to perfection. After drying I was left with a hot mess of an Afro that seemed very lopsided. I went home and used my products and my hair was back to normal. Went back about 2 more times, until I realized she isn’t a certified deva curl stylist, and is not on the deva curl website for stylist. I ended up seeing another actual certified stylist in Clifton Park who mentioned she actually cut my hair wrong and was cutting it like you would cut someone with straight hair. Also she wasn’t even using the right deva curl product meant for hair that I have. And that explained why my hair felt so dry after my style. My curls haven’t yet gone back to what they were. But anyone coming here with curly hair meant for a deva curl cut, save your money, instead of having your hair ruined.
