The worst customer service I’ve ever experience.. I never thought I could experience this for the first time just by taking my son to get his first hair cut just to walk back out without a cut or to get the full experience I wanted for him because that ugly disgusting old black Haitian man with no respect for woman. No mother should ever go to a barber shop and get ill treatment from any man.. you will go out of business!!! I promise you that!!!

Ok where do I start – if you are new the customer service sucks, no one says nothing to you, you basically have to figure out where to go or what to do- after being there for 2 hours and seeing people come in and out, found out that is by appointment and they might take care of me 1 of them. Prices are not bad but waiting 4 hours for a haircut is horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME just go somewhere else. By the way one of them was “waiting on a client” but sat there on his phone for 1 hour I’m pretty sure who could’ve cut my hair

I went to Havana Cut to cut my son’s hair and Bourdeau did a great job. I will continue to go there to cut my son hair. If you want a good hair cut ask for Bourdeau.
