Lola is so fantastic with hair! She’s been doing mine for a few months now and I have never left the salon disappointed, went from blond to purple highlights and now we’re going back to blond again. Absolutely love her work and customer service, she’s so sweet and welcoming! Here’s the before and after a of my purple touch up, absolutely stunning!!! She’s really good with highlights and color. The salon environment is also very welcoming, all the other girls are very nice as well.

I brought my daughter in to get her hair done for a school dance. Rachel was very patient and did her hair beautifully. Not only does she do great work, she also makes the whole experience customized for you so you’re comfortable from start to finish! The facility is very clean and has a beautiful aesthetic. I paid for an expensive bridal hair and makeup trial for myself and my MOH. We spent over $400 on our trial. They were nice enough, but the quality was just not there. Makeup was too heavy and hair was done poorly – it came off within an hour of our trial. My hair extensions were falling out, my MOH’s hair was also falling out. Eyelashes fell off. Mind you, this service is supposed to last for an entire wedding day! I cried after we left the appt because it was a little over a month before my wedding – how was I supposed to find anyone else?

I have never seen a boss overreact so unprofessionally; I had my name different on the Vagaro app which I thought was perfectly okay cause in another salon that I go to now I told them that my name was different on the app and they had no issues with that. They have my real name in the system. I literally got screamed at over a name, that is the definition of a laughingstock

I’ve been going to Chicago now for 4 yrs to have it cut, and heard such great stuff about the salon I took a chance.
