Kylee did an amazing job doing my bridal hair and makeup while Blake did hair for my bridesmaids, mothers, and grandmother! We are so happy with how things turned out! Also, Kylee was super helpful during the planning of everything. I’m located in Texas and had to contact her back and forth with last minute changes (due to COVID) and she was very responsive and understanding through it all. I definitely recommend booking Haute Salon for your wedding hair and makeup! Kylee did an amazing job doing my bridal hair and makeup while Blake did hair for my bridesmaids, mothers, and grandmother! We are so happy with how things turned out! Also, Kylee was super helpful during the planning of everything. Critical: Professionalism, QualityBEWARE and BE SURE TO READ THEIR POLICIES. My experience was unacceptable and while my haircut was ok it was NOT what I wanted. It was too short in back and I CLEARLY stated that was my primary concern. I questioned how much was being cut off the back at the time. My husband says it looks fine from the front but something was not right in the back. I called to see what could be done and was told to come in before 2 pm to see the stylist again so I said I would take off work early and stop by. I did, and after walking around looking at product then taking a seat, I waited 15 minutes without anyone saying a word to me so I left. I called again and got the owner who gave condescending platitudes, excuses and his statement that he saw my haircut and it was cute, I got the impression I should be satisfied by that. He then went on to say I didn’t confirm when I was coming in, and my stylist had a walk in before I got there…but I was told to stop in not that I needed an appointment. The owner offered to fix it without cutting any more off……..how I have no idea since I need a good inch back to make it acceptable. I just want my money back, but was told I needed to read their policies but he could put a credit on my account for a later cut. The only reason I can think of for this is that he knows I will never step foot in his salon and he comes out with a profit.
