Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI hate writing reviews on businesses but Im so dissatisfied, I can’t keep quiet. I won’t name the stylist but know their appts aren’t honored. And based on their policies I assumed that I would be charged for half anyway if I didn’t stay. I have no clue why anyone Would think someone would make an EARLY 8 am appt just to. Not be seen for the actual style til after 12 p.m. only to still be getting your hair done til after 3. Thats a Work shift. Only for the Closure you got to lift 3 days after being installed. Then the fact that I was overcharged for the style on top of all the things I have stated. And not to mention my head itches like crazy with all types of bumps around the braids. Over $100 spent in vain. Never been so dissatisfied with my hair. My stylist was very nice, but no matter if your paying $50 or not you are still supposed to give the client a nice finished look. I do not feel like I went to a shop to get my hair done. I am sure there are some stylist who do good work but this just wasn’t it at all. I understand I am only paying $50 but I should still be able to look like I went to the shop. It may be worth it to pay the extra for a style worth it.

This is an absolutely horrible establishment. We made an appointment with a guy, asked him not to do my hair or my daughter’s hair tight and here are the results. My daughter walked in with edges, and now she has none. DO NOT go to here. He pulled her hair entirely too tight, pulled her edges up into the braid and I wish to God I would have just left instead of going through with the appointment. He doesn’t care about the health of your hair at all. Spend the extra $100 and go to a real stylist that will nurture, feed, and take care of your hair. Don’t waste your time with this salon.

It made no sense for me to roll out of bed and make it here before any of your staff did for a 9 am appointment. It is 1:05 and my hair still hasn’t been styled. Also, you should mention that y’all don’t accept anything else but cash. I had other things to do then to sit here all day long. The stylist is talented and great but the service and the set up is frustrating.You guys should really look into the way y’all are scheduling these appointments. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueChastity did a great job with my hair. I was a walkin appointment and she made me look like I had a make over. Hair lasted longer than most installs. She asked about a follow up for maintenance of my style. I love this service.

I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional experience wig stylist. Monica Tutt is a ghetto slum bag no class no talent having less than human that assaulted me after I refused to pay for a half made wig that she threw together after having several days to complete and then tried to lock me in the salon that she does not even own. Do not come here, spend your dollars else where.

This establishment needs a dose of professional development. There are stylists in this establishment that are very talented, but have no professional training. The owners of this establishment do not put in time in training their staff on customer service, business etiquette, and time management. The owners do not follow up with their customers and honor their commitments. There are always excuses given and their is no care for customer satisfaction. I had stylist Harriet Speed to my hair. When I left the shop it looked good on the outside, but one-week later, my sew-in started to come out. The braids were unraveling and the tracks were slipping off. I contacted the stylist and sent her the pictures of my hair, she asked me to take my hair down, and come back in. I took my hair down as she directed me to. I reached out to her to confirm our appointment day/time. I got no response. I reached out several times and still no answer or response. I finally got in touch with her and she told me she had a family death. She did not try to contact me and let me know that we needed to reschedule the appointment, which left me in a terrible situation. I had taken my hair down and had an event to attend. I explained that to her and let her know that I was sorry for her lost. After time had passed, I reached out again to set another appointment. We finally connected again to set another appointment. She let me know what day she was free. I reached out to her to confirm a time and date. She NEVER responded back to me. I reached out to her via telephone and social media. NO RESPONSE. I let her know that I work in corporate and that it is important to keep things to schedule. I asked for a scheduling system and was provided with NOTHING. I finally reached out to the company social media site, and was told that I would receive a refund for my services. I sent them the address as well as the total amount that was spent on my service. I NEVER received the refund. I reached out several times after I was told that my refund would be sent. NO RESPONSE. Thru social media, it showed the time stamp of when all messages were read. Therefore, they were receiving the messages and choosing not to respond. As I began to read reviews and complaints on the BBB website, all reviews shared the similar complaints. The owners have NEVER followed up with clients that have complained, and they have NEVER returned any refunds that were promised. I don’t understand how a business can be run in this manner. Both the Arlington and Dallas location are unprofessional, dirty, and have no management team working to service customers. Both shops need a complete makeover of professional development and management training!!!
