Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI love supporting black business but this is one I’ll never give another penny to. She was unapologetically over 45 minutes late. When I asked about it she said she’s usually late because nail art takes time. Asking about her being late caused her to give me the silent treatment the whole time I was there. I was charged $68 for a fill in and three designs. The polish wasn’t on all of my nails correctly, the acrylic on two nails lifted three days later and I had to get them redone. My nails don’t look any better than they’d look if they were done by Asians. She then had the nerve to send me something to review her business. I put the same thing I’m putting now and she didn’t even have the decency to call to apologize or give partial money back or correct this situation in any way. She had other customers come while I was there that she spoke warmly to which is why I know I was given the silent treatment. She charged $10 extra for having coffin shaped nails; which is crazy since I came in with that shape already so there was nothing extra that she did. She also charged $10 extra for Matte. WTH is that about? Idk what the other charges were for but she’s a crook. I love supporting black business but this is one I’ll never give another penny to. She was unapologetically over 45 minutes late. When I asked about it she said she’s usually late because nail art takes time. Asking about her being late caused her to give me the silent treatment the whole time I was there.
