Been going for awhile now.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValuePaid $95 for 1 kid’s pedicure/manicure (took 10 min) and 1 adult pedicure/manicure?!?! To top it off, they skipped a mask that I was suppose to get on my pedicure and completely denied it. I will never come here again…their prices are egregiously high for such a basic service. Paid $95 for 1 kid’s pedicure/manicure (took 10 min) and 1 adult pedicure/manicure?!?! To top it off, they skipped a mask that I was suppose to get on my pedicure and completely denied it. Critical: ProfessionalismBeen a client of Jessica, she’s pricey but good work. Unfortunately not considerate of her client. Showed up to my appointment and was turned away. Work 9-5, made my appt last week for today at 4:30. When I got there, they told me my appt was at 4 and would need to make another appt. Jessica was in the back and shouted to the front desk! The receptionist said sorry make another appt?? I’ve waited for her when she’s running late, moved my appt when she needed to reschedule but not consider taking me? Been a client of Jessica, she’s pricey but good work. Unfortunately not considerate of her client. Showed up to my appointment and was turned away. Work 9-5, made my appt last week for today at 4:30. Worst part is that I let this girl do my pedi with non sterile tools! She pulled them out of her cart & I knew that they had not been sanitized!!! Worst part is that I let this girl do my pedi with non sterile tools! She pulled them out of her cart & I knew that they had not been sanitized!!!
