Critical: ProfessionalismGot my hair cut here about 3 weeks ago. The hair stylist Hope used purple shampoo (which toned my hair) without my permission which ended up leaving my hair ends pink. At first I was fine with it but it still has not fully washed out 3 weeks later and I am honestly upset that a product that changed my hair color was used without my consent. Got my hair cut here about 3 weeks ago. The hair stylist Hope used purple shampoo (which toned my hair) without my permission which ended up leaving my hair ends pink. At first I was fine with it but it still has not fully washed out 3 weeks later and I am honestly upset that a product that changed my hair color was used without my consent. Will not be returning.

I have been going to Britney Woods for years because she is the only one I trust to tame my hair. When I became engaged, I knew exactly who I was going to have do mine and my wedding party’s hair. She created amazing custom extensions for me so that my hair would have the right amount of fullness for the hair style I had chosen. My Elsa braid as I’d term it was executed with an artistic skill that lasted through our entire outdoor humid August wedding. Her professionalism and kindness know no end. She did two more updos for my maids with one having extensions. She did an age appropriate half updo on my mother that made her feel beautiful. She went above and beyond by helping out at the wedding with my veil and lending out her knowledge and expertise to other gals in my wedding party. Britney has an extensive knowledge base in hair design. She is simply the BEST!!
