I get the tape-in extensions and Octavia always does a spectacular job! I always leave out of the salon very happy and I am always getting compliments on my hair and how great it looks. You can not even tell that I have extensions they blend so well with my real hair.

The professionalism of Ms. Strawder supercedes anything that I have ever experienced before in business with anyone. After meeting with Ms Strawder for a bridal consultation and paying $125 for her services, Ms. Strawder has failed to contact me and make arrangements for wedding. I have called her, left several messages and she has not returned any of my calls after saying that she would call me back. I find this type of behavior to be not only unprofessional but highly rude and disregarding. This is not how you treat a new customer.
