My lash appt was for 10am. Taye was the tech and texted me 5 min before the appt to say she was running late….she arrived 25 min later. When she did my lashes, I was very pleased. I also had a 3:00pm microblading appt that same day. When she was done, she told me to remind her to complete the top part of my brows when I came back in 2 weeks.

I’ve never experienced a “business” so unprofessional. What is the point of setting an appointment when the lash tech (in my case, Shuantel) is always late? My first appointment, I waited 40 minutes to be seen. When I finally got on the table, she is answering calls and having full personal phone calls while working on me! It was literally the whole time, listening to conversations that I had no interest in. The lashes looked OK getting off the table, but a few days later they were shedding very often. The only reason why I came back is I had a free fill-in with a groupon. Second visit, she’s running late and I’m sitting outside the salon waiting for 20 minutes when she calls me back and asks me to reschedule cause she couldn’t make it! I’ll just take the loss of the free fill-in and never come back. Very unprofessional!
