The price to me don’t matter I had a wonderful experience with my tech Elyse She was super nice and friendly. she did my nails beautiful thank you. I’ve been to other nail salons and I’ve always had a bad experience they wouldn’t fix any messed up nails and would pay cheaper and always got hurt or crooked. Elyse fixed and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. When I got a burn feeling from the chemical right away she helped me thank you again I’m definitely going back and recommending

Will never come to this location again and go to European wax center . My past 3 or 4 appointments I have been on time and have waited 7-10 minutes each time and I politely waited and understood as I got an apology by the water for the wait. Today was ten minutes late and they would not take me. This is not fair to me as a customer and feel that when I was on time I should of not waited my previous visits if I am going to be treated like this today!!! Treat your clients better and stop making us wait for our appointments and than cancel our appointments when we are late!!

If you are interested in waxing go yo the Haus of Nails and ask for Marisa. She does a great job, and pulls the wax quickly to help to lessen the pain of the waxing process. I won’t get my waxing done with anyone else.

I love the waxing services are amazing, I tried their nail services before I went in for my monthly wax and I was expecting red carpet service. But no she really didn’t massage or clean my feet like you would expect. I even paid for gel . She finished early which means I didn’t even get what I paid for. Really disappointed. Then my wax appointment was pushed back because they were running late but if you as a customer run late they cancel you. So just be careful. And confirm confirm confirm everything . When I booked my appointments for today I said manicure and pedicure and waxing I got a pedicure they said she didn’t add the manicure and I had to wait an hour after I got my pedicure before my waxing. Which should not have been the case

I have been looking for a new nail spa. I made an appointment on-line. I waiting for 45mins. Not once was I told my technician was running late, not offered water, just ignored for 45 minutes… with an appt. I went up to the front and the receptionist said my technician was running late. Had I not said something I would have waiting for over an hour, easily. I made an appointment to lessen the wait time. Had they communicated when I arrived, I would have understood and at least been given the courtesy to do other errands and come back. I cancelled and I will not be back. The manager called and offered me a free pedicure. It is not worth my time to go back.
