The first time I went to Haus of Nails I absolutely loved my nails!!! They didn’t crack or break or anything. On my second visit someone different did my nail and my nails cracked after the second day I got them done. I don’t live that close to Haus of Nails and the way my schedule is set up I couldn’t go back and get it fixed. At this point it’s been almost 3 weeks since I got my nails done and every nail except for two has broken. I’m so disappointed because I really loved this place the first time I went.

Kristen did not do a good job. After letting her know my nails were bumpy and uneven the manager came over and asked what was wrong. I told her i didn’t like them and she said “you know they are artificial nails we can’t make them exactly alike and it will be bumpy” I then proceeded to tell her that I still don’t like the way they looked. She filed them down more and still no improvement. The lady was upset. At that point I gave up clearly she wasn’t going to fix the problem. Not recommending this place.

Overall a good experience with pedicure. It was relaxing and the color turned out nice. 35 dollars for the classic pedicure, it is the least expensive, and I was not asked to tip. I waited only ten minutes, which is good as I was a walk in, the technician was a little rushed like at most nail salons, did not offer anything to drink and it was fully packed on a Sunday afternoon. Will update with what color this is as I plan to return for a manicure soon.

I never write reviews for anything, but I was really happy with how my experience here went. I’ve been going to SO many different nail places asking for this style, and consistently I was met with a painful look or just a flat out “ that’s not possible.” I messaged them online, and got an appointment same day, and they were able to do exactly what I asked for (that’s literally never happened at other nail places) I will be returning!

This salon was recommended to me when I moved down here. I’ve been to this nail salon twice for myself and a few times for my daughter. My daughter has always been fortunate to be booked with an experienced nail tech and I, unfortunately, have gotten the same lady twice who doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. Last time I went, I stopped her halfway through my manicure because she’s filed my nails totally crooked and left a bunch of dead skin from cleaning up cuticles all over my nails before she was about to start painting. I’m almost 30, I’ve prob gotten thousands of manicures in my life and this experience was a first.

Either they’re too busy to listen to their customers or they just don’t care. If you don’t have/can’t do what’s asked don’t wait to say something until halfway through the service. Then told me I was “tired” when I asked for something to be done better. Gel/polish left all over my nails/skin. Wasn’t offered a single drink, not even water for 2 hours. Attempted to over charge me until I spoke up and after spending $130 I still had to come home and fix as much as possible. All around disappointed

I’ve never had my nails botched like this before. They attempted to fix them and while they’re marginally better they’re still horrific looking. I’m so upset that these are the nails I have on for vacation. I’m also absolutely shocked that they’d let a customer leave with nails looking like that to begin with.

I love my lashes. However, not the biggest fan of my nails. 1 hand looks good the other is bumpy and a bit Bloggy. I got gel on my natural nails. The lady did a good job with my Deluxe pedicure.
