I didn’t know what to expect considering that this was my first time getting a colonic, but the aftermath of my first session was so surprising to me! I immediately felt lighter in a way that I’d never experienced before. I lost 4lbs right away and a week later, I haven’t gained any of it back. I didn’t realize that I lost weight until I noticed that my engagement ring was no longer tight on my finger and was spinning around it loosely. Before, it wouldn’t budge at all. I went shopping a day before my session and bought new clothes that fit me, and right after my session, they no longer fit me and I had to size down in skirts and even a shoe size!
