I’ve come to this Nail Salon from fall winter. The owner assured me…her services was top notched. I have my nails at a certain length. I just wanted maintenance of my real nails. I’m not a fan of tips or artificial nails. I understood the first time she suggested to cut my nails. I explained moving forward I wouldn’t want tips again. So as the weather got warmer and the shop started to have a crowd of clients. She started chopping my nails off and tried to convince me to put tips on again. I told her in a diplomatic tone I was not happy with her services. She was passive aggressive and mind you this is the owner. I explained to her…I have my very own business. If you listen and try to provide your client with the best service. There should be no problem…especially if you listened and not try to slap tips on every customer that come to your salon. If you like tips slapped on…this is the shop for you. But if you meticulous with your real nails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NAIL SALON! …SMH
