Booked through groupon. She canceled my booking the night before because I hadn’t confirmed, even though she had my money from the groupon. Then had the nerve to charge me $85 which included her tip. I attended the appointment and at the scheduled time. She was a no show. Very aggressive handling. Be aware of confirmation policy otherwise she’ll cancel and charge you (plus tip. Lol). Had such a great experience at Hasuno Hana! Annesha is so talented — she makes all of her own products (which all smell SO amazing and are available for purchase – I picked up the coconut body butter). I was looking to add some length to my nails, but didn’t want to use acrylic which has always ruined my nails. Annesha does sculpting with liquid hard gel. The process takes a little longer but is so worth it. And the pedicure was amazing. I will be back again and again!
