I got to the shop at 11:45 was in the chair by 12. She did my braids smaller than I wanted but they came out amazing!! I usually go to Harlem to get my braids done but I recently moved to Newark and was looking for a new place closer to my new place. The price was reasonable, my hair looks nice, and the braids aren’t too tight. I will definitely be back and have them do my daughter’s hair too.

Everyone loves to go to the shop and have there hair done properly nobody wants their hair rush. It’s a good thing that she takes her time and make sure u get your money’s worth you don’t meet people like that everyday that care about their customers make them leave happy. First of all. I arrived there at 9:30 to get micro braids. I did not get out of the chair until 6:30. I advised that they would never have to worry about me coming back. All she kept sayng is we want to make it nice. I told them This is not the first time I’m getting Micros and I have never sat in a chair this long. There were only 2 of them braiding and I’m not sure how they stay in business. Then they had the nerve to ask for payment at the start. Here I am 2 weeks later and have lost a total of 5 braids. Never again.

They all have kids which makes the process longer than what it should be very unprofessional and they are rude. My hair was not how asked for it to be done I was very unsatisfied with the service and will never again go back.
