What more could a girl ask for!? I can honestly say I am 1000% satisfied with the quality of work! I look and feel beautiful! Truly a gem. I highly recommend this location! Facts: Jae (stylist) uninstalled a sew in, washed my hair, blow dried, braided, dyed 3 bundles and a frontal then “snatched” my frontal, installed and styled my hair in only 3.5 hours! Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service and the quality of the virgin Burmese hair is amazing! I’ve literally been wearing these extensions for over a year with absolutely no issues! Jae was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I am so happy I have found the perfect boutique for all my virgin hair needs, I also come in bi-weekly for a wash and curl. proper maintenance is key ladies!

I was a client for about 3-4 years there. After Claudia left, business seemed to lose its customer service and professionalism ♀️ the owner yelled at me and ask me to leave her store because I was a bit agitated that my appointment was for 10:30 AM (I arrived at 9:57 AM because I had a few following appointments that day) and was started by one of her newer assistants that she implied was not as skilled as she was around 11:30. Of course, as a loyal Client, i went to them to receive my birthday hairstyle. The owner Jae did not start my style (a Simple bun with a bang) until 1:30 PM and I made her aware that I had an appointment In another borough for 3:45 PM. Although she promised I would be out of her salon by 1:30 the latest, 2:30 PM caught me in her chair. I provided her with pictures , the hair , and my schedule all between 1-4 weeks prior to this day. It seems as though she did not take heed of this and was unable to match the style I sent her . She told me the hair was ”too short”and needed longer hair even though I left the hair at her salon for some weeks. I ran to the beauty supply store on the corner and returned with the hair she said I needed within 5 minutes. She refused to fix the hairstyle and proceeded to take clients whose appointments were after my own and did not seem to care. The client even said I could go before her but Jae had her own motives. I had to leave the store with the tacky hairdo and get my hair done elsewhere. Please note that I left with my hair In a ponytail, not a bun, and with the unpolished bangs. The bangs were not even flattened for a somewhat seamless finish.

I’ve been a customer of Hassadity for over 5 years now and come in for services weekly. I love this hair and swear by it. I have hair that I’ve had for 2-3 years and still in wearable condition. I don’t know what the negative reviews are about. It could be that they don’t take care of the hair. Not all haircare products are created equal. And last time I saw Jennifer (the owner) she had all of her “edges” unlike another poster who seems like she might be an unwilling participant in the “Young and the Edgeless” and didn’t take care of her hair. I bought hair last Friday and paid extra to have it shipped to me express but as of yet haven’t received my hair. I finally spoke to someone yesterday and said my order will be delivered today. I haven’t received anything. I received no tracking and the lady on the phone said I would receive my tracking today. I don’t even know if this is a legit company because it’s hard to get through on the phone and there isn’t a voicemail setup. Moreover, I sent an email expressing what is the ETA on my hair and no one responded to my email.

Overpriced and unprofessional. I was in desperate need for a wig because my birthday was only 2 days away and i didn’t have time to order hair. So i was informed about this place which is up the street. It’s a really pretty, small salon & the owner was friendly. I told her what i needed and she seemed to understand. I was charged about 525 dollars (!!) However i had no choice as i said I was desperate. The day i came to pick up my wig I also paid for braiding & installing. I specifically set my appointment for 1:30 because i told her I had to be at work 4:00 and it’s a new job. I came 15 mins earlier just so i can be seated in time. I did NOT get seated until 3:00!! I sat there and watched her just start on someone’s hair at the time i set my appointment. She’s taking her sweet time and just gossiping and laughing around as if i’m not sitting there. To make it worse I see my wig and it’s NOT what i asked for. I asked for a middle part she gave me a side and the wig looked super skimp and thin! Everytime i tell people how much i paid they look at me like i’m crazy it’s super Embarassing! So i had to arrive to my new job LATE just for a disappointing wig. There was also a track loose in the front so it’s visible and the closure wasn’t bleached so it didn’t blend in with my hairline one bit! Just an overall terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN JUST ORDER YOUR WIGS FROM CHINA ITS CHEAPER AND BETTER.

The hair is horrible!!!!! I was warned and had to learn the hard way… the hair only lasted me about 2 months and would not stop shedding ! And this is with deep conditioner and etc! Please save your money i should of know the hair was bad when i saw the owner Jennifer hair and edges.

I have been a client of jennifer for about 5 years. I have gotten two wigs made from her and purchased brazillian body wave for both wigs. I HAVE BLEACHED BOTH WIGS OVER 5 TIMES!!!! I went from turquoise to pink to red to purple to blue to green and back!!! I have had these wigs for well over 3 years and guess what!!!! THEY ARE STILL FULL AND AS LOVELY AS WHEN I FIRST GOT THE HAIR!!
