Quality of service is truly amazing whenever I’m able to get in. But Harvey house has a rigid scheduling policy for appointments, They are a quality salon that is to be expected. However, Every appointment Ive booked for my wedding preparations has been cancelled or rescheduled. My daughters haircut was cancelled the same day it was scheduled. Said they could get her in the next day but unfortunately we have other appointments scheduled that day. I am now having to scramble to find a haircut for my daughter before the wedding. And mostly every salon is booked. As it stands Ive had 4 appointments scheduled and 3 of them were rescheduled by the salon without my approval. Be careful if you have a busy job or schedule, they may not be able to honor your appointments. And will still hold you to their 24 hour cancellation policy if the time and date they chose for you wont work out.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first visit to Harvey House and I was just looking for a new salon close to work so I didn’t have to run to Kalamazoo after a long day. Shannon Vance was wonderful. Best salon blow out ever. She was patient gentle and didn’t rush me away. I usually leave a salon with frizzy hair because they won’t thoroughly dry it or just blow it every where. She didn’t have to flat iron the whole thing to make it smooth. She was sweet and talked enough but not too much ;). She listened, shared suggestions, talked about products that would work for my hair and didn’t push things I didn’t need. Loved the cut and the experience. I will be backto see Shannon, try new services and tell my friends to check them out too! Chelsea and April are both fantastic to work with! I ended up hiring them for my bridesmaids and I hair and makeup for my wedding and they did not disappoint! They are so professional and you can tell that they care so much about the work they put in to make others feel beautiful.
