I exercise daily and at times my body is very sore and muscles are extremely tight. Doris and Claire are extremely knowledgeable about muscle anatomy. They are able to find pain points and work them out. My wife, family members and I are now frequent customers and have been for several years. Doris and Claire also listen very well to what is bothering you and they focus on the specific areas. As you can tell, I am a convert and believe massage therapy (by the right / knowledgeable therapists) is a vital part of overall healthy lifestyle.

I want to point out that I do not go for massages as regularly as I should because I have 4 kids and a busy schedule, but I do travel quite a lot for work and have had a lot of massages in my travels on the road. This business is one of 2 local massage places that I have tried in my direct area. Claire is the first massage therapist I have EVER had that actually listened and paid attention to my problem areas and hit them on the head. Not only that, but she fixed things that have been bothering me for a LONG TIME. She really knows what she is doing and is a master of her craft.
