I was in town for the holidays and tried this place for the first time. It was a fantastic experience. The prices are competitive, the staff is professional and friendly. Molly cut and styled my hair and was absolutely terrific! I have long thick hair and she new exactly what to do. I’ve been receiving so many compliments since she cut my hair. She even gave great advice on how to care for my hair type.

I made an appointment with Lia, and showed her a picture. I wanted to cut my hair to mid neck and have layers. Instead I ended up with a long version of a pixie cut. My hair does even reach my chin. Usually when I get cuts, they double check and show me how much will be cut off before they begin. She did not do this. I will not be returning anytime soon, this was a really disappointing experience.

I’ve been coming to Haru for years … I see Peter the owner , I’m always so pleased with my haircut and his attention to detail , the place is absolutely gorgeous and well fun with friendly staff .. this review is way over due and as I read these other reviews , they are not obligated to tell you that no kids are allowed as it’s written on their website… thanks HARU for your excellent service 🙂

Great first experience! Lia expertly colored my hair; she has provided far and away the best color I’ve had. Great blowout too! The itself is salon is beautiful and the steam heat used to set the color made it feel like a spa treatment for my hair. Looking forward to my next appointment. Hair coloring

I made a last minute appointment at Haru and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. Stephanie was assigned as my stylist. We had never met before. She evaluated my hair before my shampoo, listened carefully to my needs, looked at the inspiration photos I provided and made excellent suggestions that aligned with my hair texture and lifestyle.

Lia is absolutely amazing!! She did such a great job with my color and my cut. She is so sweet and upon first meeting her, made me feel right at home. This salon is beautiful and not at all hoity-toity. The staff is super friendly, and I 1000% recommend going to Lia! I have curly hair, so I don’t typically try new places, but I’m so glad I found Lia and Haru!
