Critical: ProfessionalismI contacted Lena, the owner of Hartsdale Nails upon the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment. Prior to my appointment time I called, spoke to Lena and asked courteously if all people within the Salon must wear masks. She said yes. I just wanted to make certain so I asked both staff AND clients? And Lena said yes. Had she told the truth and said that clients may or may not depending on what they feel comfortable doing , I would have thanked her and not gone to her Salon for services. Instead, she lied to me. I drove all the way there, paid for parking, walked into a small salon and saw Lena with her mask below her chin and clients without masks. She denied telling me that clients must wear masks, became Angry and told me, there’s the door you can leave. She behaved very unprofessionally. Lena has the right, as do other proprietors to make their own rules, BUT we as consumers require honesty to determine whether this business is the right fit. I contacted Lena, the owner of Hartsdale Nails upon the recommendation of a friend. I made an appointment. Prior to my appointment time I called, spoke to Lena and asked courteously if all people within the Salon must wear masks. She said yes. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBest salon around! I’ve been an avid customer for years. Very impressed today with the beautiful salon changes. New stations and chairs.
