Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFrom the moment I set my appointment up I knew i was going to receive one of the best haircuts of my life. Immediately I was greeted when I came in and made me feel like if I was at home and comfortable. Then the haircut experience and facial experience was very cool and very effective. My skin has gotten way better due to their products and their applications. For the first time the haircut was done immaculately I have a bald head and they got so close without any Cuts or Burns from the Clippers when my hair grew back there was no ingrown hairs or razor bumps from the haircut. From the moment I set my appointment up I knew i was going to receive one of the best haircuts of my life. Immediately I was greeted when I came in and made me feel like if I was at home and comfortable. Then the haircut experience and facial experience was very cool and very effective. Critical: ProfessionalismI paid Chris $30 to give me A taper fade cut and asked him to do the broken heart design on the side. He did neither. All he gave me was a shape up and did not cut my hair I reported the situation to other barbers and he did not solve the problem. He did not give me a refund and he didn’t cut my hair over when I gave him another chance. The other barbers that cut my hair I had no problem with. All he gave me was a shape up and did not cut my hair I reported the situation to other barbers and he did not solve the problem. Definitely a great, and comfortable experience. Getti a hair cut is more than just cutting hair. And I experienced that every time I sit in Benji’s chair. Never rushing, nor taking a while. He works on his craft and has did nothing but progress since me first stepping into his chair to now. The barbershop atmosphere just feels great every barber in the shop was cool. I’ve seen Ben’s work on my Instagram and I don’t even follow him so I was impressed; both with his talent and his… professional image . Unfortunately, I couldn’t accompany my scrubby nephew to the appointment and acquire him an uncle but I digress.The cut came out absolutely amazing. Ben really did an outstanding job, I was even told that he provided a facial service complete with the hot towels and everything. I don’t think that’s a service that’s really offered out here by other barbers and it should be! Nephew’s hairline and patchy beard was filled out as well so I’m not sure if I sent him to a barber or a magician. Nephew went from a vagabond lookalike to a rich man with a job lookalike. His confidence went way up and he was like a new person. It’s crazy how a good cut and a good barber can do that. Ever since my first haircut in 6 months due to Covid, I’ve been going to Benji. Since the first time I set foot in the shop, from a walk in off the street, he’s made me feel like an important customer to him. He takes his time, makes sure I’m getting what I want, and his fades are always perfect. I have sent all the people that I can his way, because I truly respect the attention to detail that he has. Most professional shop I’ve been to in years. Was greater and spoken to by all barbers not just the one cutting my hair. Had to switch barbers last minute but new barber was confident and ask questions every step of the way to make sure he was accommodating all of my needs. Most importantly the cut was perfect.
