Kayla is absolutely AMAZING! Since I moved to Nashville a year and a half ago, I haven’t been able to find someone to get my hair the icy tone of blonde that I love. I visited Kayla for the first time today and she listened to every detail of what I wanted and exceeded all of my expectations. The color is absolutely stunning and is exactly what I was wanting. She put layers in my hair and made them look amazing as well. If you’re a blonde looking for someone to achieve your hair dreams, RUN to Kayla. She’s very passionate about what she does and it shows. BEYOND IN LOVE with my hair and the exceptional experience all together with Kayla. She made me so comfortable and made it clear she wanted ME to be happy with my hair. Absolutely awful experience. I made an appointment in the morning for later that afternoon. I arrive to a dead salon with lights off and door shut. No one reached out to let me know they needed to reschedule. Absolutely appalled that my time was wasted. They have a $50 no show policy so do I get a $50 dollar credit since they didn’t show? Only seems fair.

I hate to give such a low review but the whole experience just left me so disappointed. I had an appointment at 10am with the owner. I showed up 10 minutes early and the door was locked. The woman at the front desk let me in apologizing for forgetting to unlock the door.
