Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySo sorrry to say it was the worst facial ever and complete rip-off. First, the facial was supposed to be 60 minutes but it was about 40 minutes. I couldn’t believe how much time she shorted me! I was already in my car by the time I realized since I trusted that they would provide the service that they advertised (My appointment was for 430p but she didn’t take me in until 4:40p ish and I was done by 5:15pm). It was a Saturday so I’m sure they all wanted to end their day, but completely wrong to do to a customer. Also was told to remove my socks because she was doing a hand and foot massage (she did the hand massage but not foot)… no big deal. However, the facial itself was not good. There was absolutely no pressure at all extremely light it felt like she was barely touching my face. I honestly do what she does at home everyday. The extraction was maybe 1min if that. It just felt very amateur and I do feel bad because she was extremely nice.Also, when booking the man noted it was going to be $100 but on the website it says $70 for introduction rate. When checking out I noted the price of the introduction rate and ask if that would be the price for me since I was a first time customer. She said “ugh I guess, sure. Did you looked at the website?” She was completely going to charge me full price and answered me with a little tone as if I was trying to bargain with her. Don’t have it listed on your website and try to trick people. She did charge me the lower price with no problem though. I just thought her response was quite odd.The one star is for the atmosphere. It was actually very relaxing and had a good vibe. That’s the only positive I received from this place.Overall, save your money and go elsewhere.
