Critical: CommunicationI called in advance. The lady I talked to told me to call when I get here. I called when I arrived in Sparta. Was told to come in. When I came into the shop, I was told that they were too busy to come back in an hour. Calling in advance doesn’t I mean anything. Appointment don’t mean anything. When I came into the shop, I was told that they were too busy to come back in an hour. Calling in advance doesn’t I mean anything. Appointment don’t mean anything. WORTH THE RISK! Okay so yes there is a language barrier, and yes they do want you to pay upfront. I was skeptical at first because of that. It was $47 for 45 min so no big deal. And it was worth it. I am a very athletic person and I had a knot in my back/shoulder that was starting to give me Tension Migranes (to where I was nauseous) so I knew I needed to get a good rub. Once in the room I showed my masseuse where I was hurting, and when we started I told her to be tough. This woman was smaller than me, BUT she put her back into it. I mean she was literally up on the table putting enough force into it that I could hear her bones crack. And she zoned in on my problem areas. This is exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for the relaxing spa/small message probably not your place, but if you need a real rub down this is it. Afterwards I could tell a significant difference. You bet I’m coming back.
