“Under new management” so much better when it was soft touch nails. Paid 107 dollars before tip and had wavy nails. Went back to have them fixed, I was passed off to someone else who rudely asked me what was wrong with them. I offered to leave and she said she would fix. Terrible customer service from start to finish. It use to be so friendly in there and they did great nails. Since they have changed their name and added some new employees( with exception to the receptionist, who is very friendly) this “new” place has a miserable environment.

I started going here for about 5 months now and it has truly become one of my favorite nail salons. The atmosphere is very pleasant, it’s clean and the staff are friendly. I usually go to Angela to get my nails done and she does a great job. I would highly recommend, especially if your looking for a new nail salon home.
