First time here and I loved it! I really recommend this place. Troy did my refill on the set I had and I couldn’t be happier. I can only imagine what a fresh set would look coming from him. I’ll definitely be going back. Place is super clean and prices are very reasonable. Also please take in consideration that this place is under new management and old negative reviews may not apply to this place or people managing it now.. For I got one of the best customer service and great work done on me than I have in other places.

However, their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. I’m 36 and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 18. You do the math. My wife and I went for mani-pedis; we called in the morning and got a same day appointment without issue. Service was lovely, and they were able to accommodate on the spot requests for additional services. Overall great service at a reasonable rate. They can give you good nails don’t get me wrong. I just like my nails a certain way from years of getting my nails done. When you try to explain to them what you want, it can be anything from I want them thinner, narrower, or another coat please. They will aways try to contradict you and not want to do it. They are not big in detail, symmetry, or accuracy. They can be extremely rude if you are not the costumer that sits there and doesn’t voice their opinions. My philosophy is I’m paying for them they should be good. However, I seem to walk out with semi descent nails, some major flaws, but acceptable enough…. Edit: Since I was telling the women to make my nails thinner, she said they will break and she will charge me $5 the repair it. I did not say anything to not be rude. But she was upset and made them super thin. Perhaps she took my comment too literally. The next day not even 24 hours after later my nails broke. I did not go back there to fix it. A few days later more broke; I am not impressed. Ive been there a few times prior to this and I will not be returning!

My Mom, Grandmother, auntie and I have been going here for many years…even through the management swaps. No complaints! The Ladies here are very nice and friendly, if your kind to them. They’ve always don’t a great job with my pedi’sand full sets and I’m a very pick person . I went very simple with a short glitter get. I usually get them long and full of color and designs.
