I started going here right after the pandemic restrictions ended and it was great. While my name is Candace they called me Kendra and I honestly didn’t mind it. So for nearly 2 years things were great! And then I broke a nail and tried to contact for a repair and Vina couldn’t accommodate it. Ok that’s whatever. But then I tried to at least get a repair and was told that she couldn’t do it because she needed to accommodate her paying customers. Naturally I was offended because I was a paying customer too. Anyway I tried a new nail place and didn’t think anything more about it. However my mom called to make an appointment only to be told that per Vina they can’t service her. Huh? My mom had nothing to do with anything but that’s just bad business and unprofessional. They do good nails but to deny a service to someone because you’re mad is just ridiculous and immature. Thanks for the memories.

I love going to this salon. Vina and Annie are amazing, and they always do incredible work. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Super clean, great service, and the prices are super reasonable. Parking is easy since it’s in a shopping plaza, and everything in the salon is updated.

I usually use another spot. But I got into a time crunch before vacation and came here. 10 days later and three of my nails have come off, majority of them have my actual nails separated from acrylic. They dont seal the nails with glue when getting a fill. They dremelled down so much that it hurt. My nails are lopsided(I get a pointier almond shape usually and now have a straight edge and curve). The girl kept saying I should fully redo my set(which was two weeks after a fully fresh set, previously done every 10 days for 7 months(two full reset) and never had an issue?). I am now having to get my full set redone properly. I have never had my nails just come undone like this before. I have lost ONE nail in 7+ months due to a hard slam. I would rather snip my acrylics off and wait before returning here.

This place is a joke. Did a manicure with gel for $50 plus a tip and after two days it started to pill off. I called them to fix it and I have been told that I have to pay for it because they don’t guarantee how many hours it will last. Really? Why I pay that much money then? I could do a dollar polishing then.

I loved the relaxed ambiance (spa music), to selecting a drink (*must spend a certain amount to receive this promo offer), to selecting a pedicure scrub scent, and the service of a paraffin and hot stone pedicure massage, along with my hand paraffin manicure service – my overall experience was amazing! The focus and attention to detail Irene provided was outstanding! She ensured my experience was relaxing and enjoyable. In addition, they offered 20% off all services for first time customers during their grand opening! This is going to be my new nail salon lounge whenever I’m in this area!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI called for a appointment for today , 3 days ago. I asked if they can do refills for acrylic nails and if they can do crome powder on them, the lady on the phone said yes and Scheduled the appointment (also I’ve been coming here for 6 months and I always get crome powder) today during the set time, I asked to see the crome powder colors and the front desk lady said it would take too long to do crome and started to gaslight me by saying I didn’t ask for crome when I originally called and she knows who I was since she’s the one who schedules the appointments. Which is a lie since I always call asking for crome. Also the first time I went, they charged me $10 extra for crome which is fine, but when I showed up a few weeks later for a refill with the same colors and crome powder they wanted to charge me $15 extra for no reason. If the lady was too lazy to do her job or wasn’t that experience in crome, she should have be honest instead of trying to gaslight and manipulate me.
