Maxi recently completed my 6th session for laser hair removal. I would HIGHLY recommend her! As a matter of fact, I left her office, and scheduled a facial for next week with her. She always made me feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. She is wonderful along with all the other employees. Dr Crosby did fillers for me a few years ago and I highly recommend her as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Crosby for at least 5 years. I do weight loss, Botox, filler, and have done some laser treatments. She has also removed moles for me. She is very attentive and honest. I get compliments from people that I look rested, youthful, or just really happy. She gives a natural look to her “art” and it is noticeable, but subtle. I have always been extremely happy with all of the results. I will always be a regular patient! She’s AMAZING!!!

I had my first Hydrafacial Express today with Maxi. She was very thorough and professional and a sweet young lady that didn’t mind an old broad like me asking a lot of questions. My skin feels so clean and refreshed now! I’m totally sold on this facial. I will definitely be back to have more facials with her on a regular basis in addition to other services. PS I even made my husband an appointment to have one!

Tried the weight loss program, but the injections actually made me gain weight. During the consultation appointment, they did an EKG from what seemed to be an antiquated piece of equipment. The results showed that I had heart issues that needed to be addressed, but I knew that was not the case because I’d had a recent visit with my primary care provider that was completely fine. I was even told during my consultation at this clinic to ignore the EKG results, as they are often unreliable. Kind of strange. On top of that, I was given phentermine. I already knew I could tolerate it and that it wouldn’t cause side effects for me….but what if I had gone in blind, with no background on my heart health or potential side effects of phentermine, and then been told “not to pay attention” to the EKG results? What if I really did have a heart problem that needed to be addressed? Should I have been prescribed phentermine????? Absolutely not! Adding insult to injury, I was double-charged for a B12 injection and sent a bill for another injection I’d already paid for. I was told it was my fault for not telling them I had purchased the injections to take at home but decided I couldn’t administer them myself and subsequently had to come back in to have a nurse give them. I really don’t know how clearer I could have been when I told the front desk that I already had the injection syringes and produced them during my appointments for the nurse to administer. What else should I have said to indicate I’d already paid for them???? I’m owed $26 that I don’t expect to get back. The loss is worth it to me to not have to interact with this clinic again.
