In 2017 I walked into a bathroom that had a lake full of soapy water and slipped and took a big fall dislocating my shoulder, and hit the floor on back really hard. After shoulder surgery my shoulder is doing fine, but my back was an ongoing injury and I have always had some kind of lower pain in my back. My chiropractor reccommended getting massged, so I began getting massaged at Harmony. After two or three hour and half appointments my back has become neutrel and I have never had a pain in my back since. I work a manual job and am not planning on retiring for many years, and with the help of Harmony Massage I can easily see doing that without having the pain in my lower back that I had as an ongoing problem. Im not getting any younger but I sure feel back to my old self thanks to Harmony Massage.
