scheduled over the phone for 1 hr for me and my friend. going for the first time so this is a special treat. when we arrived they said we could only have 1/2 because they were busy. there was no one else in the shop but the 2 employees. anyway when i was getting my massage she kept leaving the room to answer the front door. but i didnt hear any other voices just the bell ringing as the door opened and closed. before i knew it my massage was finished. nothing like doing a message the total opposite way its supposed to be done. your hands are never supposed to leave the body. continuous motion is what i was taught. on our way out she kept saying “tip” said no and they both got upset at us. we just left.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI am not completely comfortable saying ugly things about a business, but today I called this place twice and was hung up on each time, then I went up there, and received an underwhelming massage. I really needed a good massage to help me with pain and I kind of want to cry because I felt cheated. The lady kept shaking me allover the place (I’ve never had a massage where I was shaken like a Polaroid picture the entire time, it was really uncomfortable ) then I needed to empty my bladder but I tried to hold it because I had a feeling she would say time was up If I went to bathroom and coincidentally that’s exactly what happened, even though I paid in advance. (Then she asked me for a tip on my way out, which I kindly gave her but I feel like I was taken advantage of) She barely touched my neck and shoulders at all which are still cramping up.
